This Agreement commences on January 15, 2024 ("Effective Date") and continues for an initial term of twelve (12) months. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice via email to cancellations@acmesaas.com or via certified mail to the address listed in Section 12, at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.
Annual subscription fee of $12,000 USD, payable in advance. Pricing may increase up to 5% annually with 60 days written notice.
